Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Al Madina Caterer's ("we", "us") collects when you use almadinacaterer.com, and how it is used. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Information you give us

When you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you share: your name, phone number, event date, venue, guest count and menu preferences. We use them only to prepare your quote and deliver the catering you book.

The booking form on our contact page does not send anything to our server. It builds a WhatsApp message from what you type and opens WhatsApp on your device. Nothing is sent until you press Send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It sets cookies and records your approximate location, device type and the pages you view. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising on the site. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to arrange and complete your event, and for our accounting records afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the suppliers and staff who help deliver your event (for example a venue or a delivery driver), and only what they need.
